The calendar provides an overview of your whole trading year day by day. So you can get an overview of the numbers of trades and the profit / loss at a day.

This can show you quickly if you are about to do overtrading. Overtrading means you take too much trades a day.

You can also check, if the loosing days have significant more trades as the winner days and so on.
